Some refer to work in the nights and they call themselves night owls. Some sleep well during the nights, get up early and call themselves early-birds (there are also clubs like 5 am club which promotes sleeping in the night and getting up early).Many CEOs and business tycoons propogate the virtue of sleeping in the night and getting up early. On the other hand there are top creative guys (e.g. Oscar winning music director AR Rahman) who prefer working in the nights. But which one of these is a healthy habit and what helps have a good mental health ?
